President's Message

Fall is a busy season and that’s also true for your credit union.

What’s new at Navy Federal? Several things. First, we are continuing to make major investments in our technology. Our goal is to continue to keep account safety and security as our top priority while continuing to improve the member experience.

We’re also very excited about our improved eChecking account - a free checking account with up to $10/month in ATM fee rebates. Also, we’ve upgraded our More Rewards American Express® credit card, now with 3X points on gas, groceries, transit and restaurants.

Our home loans continue to be in high demand, especially for our members who are buying their first home. We’re happy that many members are enjoying a smoother application process thanks to HomeSquad, our new mortgage application platform.

For the second year in a row, Navy Federal is ranked as the best customer experience in the United States in KPMG’s 2019 Customer Experience Excellence Report. Our work to make our members the mission in everything we do was a major reason for our top score.

And finally, we continue to expand our branch network to better serve you. Our newest branch is located in Humble, Texas, which is on the north side of Houston. We’re also opening a new location in Sandy Springs, Georgia later this year. If you haven’t visited one of our branches, please stop by and say hello! As always, thank you for being a member.
