New Account Access Sign In Process is Coming
In the coming weeks, we will be launching the new Navy Federal Online® Account Access. This launch will be happening in phases. As we begin the move to the new Account Access, we want to make you aware of the changes that will be occuring to the current sign in process.
The New Sign In Experience
When the transition to the new Account Access site begins in the coming weeks, you will see a new sign in block on the Navy Federal homepage with only a space for your access number.
After entering your Access Number, you will input the remaining information as you normally do.
Scheduled to Move
If you are moving to the new Account Access, you will follow the steps mentioned above.
Next, you will be asked to create a new password and a password reset question.
Finally, you will be asked to enter your access number and the new password you just created. When you have completed this, you will be taken to the new Account Access.
The next time you sign in to Account Access online or via
mobile device, you will only have to use your Access Number and
Not Scheduled to Move
If you are not yet moving to the new Account Access, you will go through the steps mentioned above and will immediately go to the current Account Access site. Don't worry—you will be moved to the new Account Access in the coming weeks.
