Step 1: If you have a Navy Federal credit card, make sure you have enrolled in one of the rewards programs Navy Federal offers for that card.

Step 2: Sign in to Navy Federal Member Mall and click on any merchant listed on the site. NOTE: As long as you click to the merchant from Navy Federal Member Mall and complete your purchase without clicking away, you will receive rewards for that purchase in your Navy Federal Member Mall account.

Q: Do I need a Navy Federal Member Mall account to go shopping and earn points?

A: Yes. If you do not have a Navy Federal credit card account, please enroll in the Navy Federal credit card program.

Q: Do I need a separate Navy Federal credit card account to earn points from participating online retailers in Navy Federal Member Mall?

A: No, as long as you enroll with your Navy Federal credit card number, all points earned from shopping with participating retailers in Navy Federal Member Mall will be credited to your Navy Federal credit card account.
