Am I Eligible? TSP is available to uniformed members of the Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, Coast Guard, Public Health Service and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration serving on active duty and members of the Ready Reserve or National Guard of those services (as applicable) in any pay status.
