VIENNA, VA (August 26, 2024) – Fitness enthusiasts, families, and individuals of all ages are invited to the 30th annual Navy Federal Credit Union 5K Run/Walk/Roll in Vienna, VA, on Saturday, Sept. 14, 2024, at 9 a.m. ET. As it has done in previous years, Navy Federal will also be offering a free ‘Sammie Sprint’ for runners under the age of five, starting at 10 a.m. ET.

Proceeds from the event will benefit Dog Tag, a nonprofit organization focused on bridging active military service members and their families to the civilian world. Through a 5-month fellowship program, Dog Tag equips veterans, military spouses and caregivers with the tools and education to build resilience, find renewed purpose and forge community beyond the military.

Registration for the Navy Federal Annual 5K, which will be held rain or shine, is required. All participants will receive a race T-shirt, while supplies last, and are encouraged to stay for a post-race gathering for refreshments and an awards ceremony.
