Navy Federal Credit Union Partners with Single Stop to Provide Free Benefit Screenings for Members.
Vienna, Va. (March 3, 2026) – Navy Federal Credit Union, has partnered with Single Stop to offer free benefit screenings to our members nationwide. This collaboration will allow members in all 50 states to access Single Stop’s virtual platform. The service is designed to increase awareness of available financial and community support resources while equipping members with the tools and agencies to take an active role in addressing their needs, at no cost to the members.
“This partnership reflects our continued commitment to supporting our members’ financial well-being,” said Pam Perry, senior vice president of the office of financial opportunity at Navy Federal Credit Union. “By offering free, easy-to-use benefits screenings through Single Stop, we’re empowering our members with information and resources that can help them navigate financial challenges, now and in the future.”
Single Stop enables members to complete virtual, self-service screenings by answering a series of questions. Based on the information provided, the tool identifies government benefits and local resources at the ZIP code level. Members also receive benefit guides that outline next steps and help them navigate each application process.
How Single Stop Works:
- Single Stop is a free service available to Navy Federal members in all 50 states.
