Navy Federal is not responsible for any third-party benefits or rewards that may be offered or provided to you as part of the Program. Third-party benefits or rewards may be added, changed, substituted, or removed from the Program at any time at Navy Federal’s discretion without prior notice. 

Any Program-specific debit card that may be issued to you does not imply membership in the Program, and a Program-specific debit card is not required to participate in the Program or its benefits. If your newly issued card needs to be replaced for any reason, we may provide you with a traditional design card. This will not impact your membership in the Program.

Members may have the opportunity to register for tickets plus access to a private suite, food, and beverages (collectively, “Event Package”) for a select event at Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C. (“Event”). Navy Federal has the sole discretion to determine which Events are offered. For NCAA basketball games, the Event Package does not include food or beverages. Offer excludes parking, accommodations, and any other items not specified by Navy Federal Credit Union. Opportunity for Event Packages and participation is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. Event Packages are provided for your personal and non-commercial use only, and any other use is prohibited.

Donation payments are non-refundable and must be completed with a valid Navy Federal Credit Union Debit Plus Visa Debit Card at time of registration. Event tickets and other items are not transferable and may not be resold or redeemed for cash. Offer is valid only for the original recipient and cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. Any applicable tax must be paid by each redeemer of the offer.

The Event may be recorded or otherwise documented, and participants may be included in the recording, videos, still images, written materials, or other materials (as applicable) (“Event Recording”). By participating in the Event, you hereby grant Navy Federal Credit Union the irrevocable and absolute right and permission to use, in whole or in part, your name, image, photograph, voice, statements (actual or paraphrased), performance, and/or any other likeness or indicia identifying you (your “Likeness”) in the Event Recording to the extent permitted by applicable law, including, without limitation, in connection with internet and digital materials and in press, public relations, and publicity materials, all for the purpose of advertising, publicity, and marketing for Navy Federal Credit Union or their affiliates and their products and services and/or any other lawful purpose, worldwide, in any and all media now known or hereinafter invented.

To be eligible for the Debit Plus program (the “Program”), you must make an average of 90 eligible transactions per month using your Navy Federal Debit Card over 4 consecutive months. “Average number of eligible monthly transactions” is calculated by adding all your eligible transactions for any 4-month period (measured from the 1st calendar day of the 1st month to the last calendar day of the 4th month) and dividing by 4. “Eligible transactions” include Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions and Person-to-Person transactions using your Navy Federal Debit Card to send or receive the funds (e.g., Cash App, Venmo), minus any returns and refunds. Eligible transactions do not include gambling transactions or cash-equivalent transactions (e.g., purchasing, loading, or reloading gift and prepaid cards, or obtaining cash via a teller or ATM). All accounts owned under one Access Number are counted toward eligible transactions. Eligibility, benefits, or rewards may only be earned, used, or redeemed by you, and may not be sold or transferred. Failure to maintain an average of 90 eligible transactions in subsequent 4-month periods may result in removal from the Program.

Program eligibility is at Navy Federal’s sole discretion, and Navy Federal reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or modify the Program or your participation in the Program at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
