Follow these 3 simple steps to become a Business Solutions member.

  1. Ensure all owners are individual members of Navy Federal Credit Union with accounts in good standing.

  2. Complete the Business Solutions application form PDF and Beneficial Owner form PDF (if applicable); compile all appropriate documentation for your business type.

  3. Submit your completed forms at your local branch Find your local branch with our Navy Federal branch locator tool or call 1-877-418-1462. Representatives are available Monday through Friday, 8 am to 7 pm, ET. Please be mindful that the process could take up to an hour.
