Username
Every member is assigned an Access Number, but you shouldn't use it for your sign-in credentials. Instead, replace it with a unique username to make it harder for fraudsters to guess. Use letters, numbers and special characters.
Biometric Sign In
You can use biometrics like a fingerprint or facial recognition to sign in. It's a great security feature because if you lose your phone, it won't allow others to access your account.
Contact Info
In case of an emergency, suspicious activity or security threat, or if we need to verify your identity, we’ll need to know how to contact you. So it’s important to keep us up to date.
Third-Party Services
When you link a third-party service to your Navy Federal account, it may collect your financial data, such as account balances and transaction history until you unlink it. We recommend you limit third-party services to only those you use.
Unsafe Network Connection
You’ll only see this alert when we detect your network connection isn’t private, meaning your financial information is at risk of being seen by others. If you see this alert, the safest thing to do is use a different network or wait until you’re on a network that you know and trust.
