The ranking was based on Forrester’s Customer Experience Index Scores, derived from Forrester’s Customer survey of 11,109 U.S. online consumers measuring 15 credit card issuers from February to April 2024. Customer Experience Index scores for individual Multichannel Banks reflect the average scores across all customers ratings for that brand.
