Mary McDuffie’s Message to Members

2022 is certainly shaping up to be another eventful year—in the economy and the world. But as we come to the Fourth of July, let’s take the time to celebrate our country and show our gratitude for the servicemen and women who have given so much to ensure the freedoms we celebrate on this holiday.

We're closely tracking the increases in the cost of living and in Federal Reserve’s actions to stem the rate of inflation. We constantly adapt to the evolving rate environment by keeping our borrowing and savings rates highly competitive. And, we're always focused on our 24/7/365 service to you, our members. Whether it’s in our branches, on the phone or through our digital tools, we’re here to help you and your family achieve your financial goals. We strive to go above and beyond in each member interaction, and we’ve been recognized for it. This year, for the seventh consecutive year, we were ranked No. 1 among multichannel banks for customer experience (CX) quality in Forrester’s 2022 US CX Index.

This month, we’re also doing what we can to help the next generation. Navy Federal is partnering with Operation Homefront and United Through Reading to donate school supplies and children’s books to over 1,400 military families. Our employees are also spearheading school supply collections at our operational campuses, as their mission of service extends from you, our members, to the communities where we serve.

So while we’re out and about this summer, let’s all practice grace and understanding and lend a helping hand to our neighbors and our communities. It may sound cliché, but I truly believe if we look out for one another, we can overcome any challenges sent our way.
