What is Bill Pay?

Pay all your bills online or from your mobile device* with Navy Federal Credit Union's Bill Pay service—it's fast, simple and FREE. Use it to:

  • send payments to virtually anyone in the U.S.
  • schedule payments up to one year in advance
  • receive and pay selected e-Bills from leading merchants

To get started using Bill Pay, you'll need to be enrolled in Account Access and have
a checking account.

Add a Biller

  1. Download the right mobile app for your device and log into your account.
  2. Choose "View/Add Biller" and tap the plus sign in the top right corner.
  3. Indicate if the biller is a Person or Company, or search for them in our list
    of suggested billers.
  4. Input payment details and/or contact information.

Make a Payment

  1. In the app, select "Bill Pay."
  2. Select the account with which you'd like to pay.
  3. From your list of enrolled billers, select who you're paying.
  4. Input the amount and on what date you'd like to make the payment.


Add a Biller

  1. Sign into Online Banking or enroll now.
  2. Select the "Bill Pay" tab at the top of the page.
  3. Click "Add company or person to pay."
  4. Search for the individual or company name, or choose biller by category.
  5. Input payment details and/or contact information, and click "Add Bill."

Make a Payment

  1. From Online Banking, select the "Bill Pay" tab on the home screen.
  2. Select the biller you'd like to pay.
  3. Enter the payment amount.
  4. Schedule your payment for either the default date (the earliest date the biller can receive the payment) or a later date.
  5. Click "Make Payment."

You can also pay using our Quick Actions. From Account Summary, click on the "Pay a Bill" option beneath the Quick Actions menu header on the right to easily access the payment form.
