    You can easily control the types of notifications and the way you receive them (text,* a quick onscreen push notification or email) for any of your cards and/or accounts.

    It's helpful for many to know when balances get low or over a certain limit or when a paycheck gets deposited. With notifications, you won’t have to wait for a statement or contact the call center.

    Plus, notifications can help quickly alert you to changes or transactions you didn’t make so you can act fast to protect your account and cards against fraud.

Mobile

  1. Sign in to the mobile app.*
  2. Tap More on the bottom, then Notifications.
  3. Select the tab you want (Account, Card or Security). For Account or Card notifications, you’ll need to select the specific card or account for which you’d like to set notifications.
  4. Choose how you want us to notify you (push, text,* email) and tap Save. If you choose to be notified by text,* you’ll need to respond “yes” to the first one you receive to complete enrollment.

Online

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click on Account Services, then Sign Up for Account Notifications.
  3. From the left-hand menu, select the type of notification you want to enroll in (Account, Card or Security). For Account or Card notifications, you’ll need to select the specific card or account for which you’d like to set notifications.
  4. Choose how you want us to notify you (text,* push, email) and click Save. If you choose to be notified by text,* you’ll need to respond “yes” to the first one you receive to complete enrollment.
