How to Use Bill Pay With Our Mobile App

Add a Biller

  1. Sign in to the mobile app.
  2. Select Bill Pay from the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Tap the + in the top right to add a new biller.
  4. Indicate if the biller is a Person or Company, or search for them in our list of suggested billers.
  5. Add biller information and press Continue to confirm.

Make a Payment

  1. Sign in to the mobile app.
  2. Select Bill Pay from the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Select Make Payment.
  4. From the Bill Pay menu, select Make a Payment and choose the account you’ll be drawing the funds from, select the biller you’re making the payment to, and enter the amount. Tap on the date field to adjust the date you’d like to submit the payment and click Continue.

How to Use Bill Pay With Online Banking

Add a Biller

  1. Sign in to online banking or enroll now.
  2. Select the Bill Pay tab at the top of the page.
  3. Click Add company or person to pay.
  4. Search for the individual or company name, or choose biller by category.
  5. Input payment details and/or contact information, and click Add Bill.

Make a Payment

  1. From online banking, select the Bill Pay tab on the home screen.
  2. Select the biller you'd like to pay.
  3. Enter the payment amount.
  4. Schedule your payment for either the default date (the earliest date the biller can receive the payment) or a later date.
  5. Click Make Payment.
  6. You can also pay using our Quick Actions. From Account Summary, click on the Pay a Bill option beneath the Quick Actions menu header on the right to easily access the payment form.
