Getting Your Navy Federal Debit Card
Lost or Stolen Card?
If your card was lost or stolen, freeze it, then contact us immediately. We’ll cancel the missing card and send you a new one. If you simply need a replacement card, you can order it using one of the methods below.
How to Request Your Card
MOBILE APP*
- Once you’ve signed in, choose the appropriate checking account from your list of accounts.
- Tap Manage Card, then select Order Debit Card and select either Replace Existing Card or Order Additional Card.
- Once your new card arrives, choose Activate Card from the Manage Card screen.

BRANCH
Need it right away? Any of our open branches can issue you your new card on the spot, activated and ready to use. Check our Branch Closures & Updates page for a list of open branches and their hours of operation.
How Long Your Card Will Take to Arrive
Card delivery times will vary, depending on the customs and postal service procedures in each country. Within the U.S., it usually takes 7-10 business days to arrive. For APO, FPO and other overseas addresses, it can take from 12 to 20 business days for regular mail to arrive.
Overnight Delivery
If you choose to expedite your order, your account will be charged a standard $12.00 for weekday delivery or $20.00 for Saturday delivery. Since a signature is not required, the package will be left on your doorstep or designated area. We’ll email you the tracking number to the address on file.
Please note that for your security, the card will not be active, but you can activate it in seconds by calling the number on the card or through the mobile app.
